Christine at FHC is the best person you could possibly find in Japan to assist you with your apartment needs. Highly recommended to anyone, whether living abroad or living here in Japan. If I need ever need to relocate for work here, I'll be contacting her immediately!

Even before I arrived in Japan, Christine was already helping me find an apartment. She made the complex process easy and understandable, and I can say without a doubt that she went above and beyond what was expected (even helping me while she was on holidays overseas). She provided exceptional support and was exceedingly patient with me, even though I changed my preferences all the time. Christine clearly explained what I needed to do next in the process and any options I had. I would recommend her to anyone that is finding a place to live, even if you are fully proficient at Japanese.

I only had less than a month to find and move to a new apartment. It was overwhelming and seemed impossible knowing how difficult it is to find foreigner-friendly apartments in Japan. BUT, Christine made it all possible! With just very limited time, she provided me with plenty of good options to choose from. She was very friendly, and really took note of my requests/ preferences. Apart from that, she also took care of setting up my utilities which was really helpful for someone who couldn’t speak Japanese well. Thank you so much for all the help, Christine.
