My case was a bit special because the type of apartment I was looking for kept changing as we searched. In spite of that, Christine offered me many options for each type of apartment until we finally found one that suited my needs. The process was really simple, the search, the way to visit the apartments, the contracting of the basic services... Everything was done by Christine. In addition to the fact that she answered my questions very quickly at all times. I am very satisfied with the apartment and with the final price, so I recommend her 100%.

If i could recommend 1000/1000 definitely would!! Christine has made the process so easy for me from when I first contacted her until i was in my new apartment it took 15days. Just in time for me to move out of the sharehouse I was in. My new apartment is not only cheaper but bigger and closer to my school and best an actual apartment, setting up my utilities and rent payment was easy because of them. I was nervous in getting an apartment in japan, because of the stories ive heard from others of how expensive and hard it is for foreigners but the process was easy because of her work. Again would recommend!!

As a foreigner, finding your first location in Japan can be quite intimidating, especially when you speak little Japanese. Christine helped us during all the steps of the process, finding the place, communicating with the different people involved... she is such a good real estate agent, and I can't recommend her enough!

I was talking with a supposedly foreign friendly real state agency that took a lot of time to answer my questions and, at the end, couldn't find a place for me to live. Christine not only answered all my questions in a very short time, she found several options for me to choose based on my needs (for two people, pet friendly, not near the city centre, but not so far away, bicycle parking) and with excellent prices. On top of that, she helped us during all the process not only with the contract and contact with the appartment management, but also gave us advice on places to get free or cheap furniture for our appartment and helped us with so many details I can't even finishing describing. I was stuck overseas for 2 years waiting to enter Japan. Christine helped me look a lot and once I got to Japan was able to get me a place pretty quickly. If you're coming from overseas, I recommend contracting them to help you find an apartment. Very foreigner friendly.

Even though I had a fairly short time frame, they responded promptly.I was also very satisfied with the terms of the lease. I would highly recommend them and hope to use them again next time. Their attentive service was really helpful.
